I'm currently in the studio writing guitar leads and fill-in's for an up and coming artist local to the Metro DC music scene. I'll be playing on his CD that is looking to launch in the 1st quarter of 2013.
Hello Bob: I just viewed your site. I found the Southern rock history to be very accurate. I'm Jerry Zambito "Tangerine" Jackson(Jack) Spires and Dewitt Gibbs and I put that band together in at the Comic Book Club in 1968 One of the best bands I ever played with. We did shows all over the south for a couple of years. All the bands back were very competetive,we all wanted to "make it" I believe some of the best bands in America came out of Jacksonville Fl. area.
I don't know a lot about blues, but I discovered the Otis Taylor Band years ago, and I really enjoy their music. I wish you all the success in the world with your music endeavors!
